Luther's pastas are bronze-cut, semolina flour imported from Italy.

Noodles include durum wheat flour.

Hand-rolled & stuffed specials include egg-semolina or a durum wheat flour.

**Orders can be picked up on Wednesdays from 1 – 5pm at Ghost Kitchen, 3555 Dorchester Road, North Charleston. We will offer delivery on Thursdays between 1 – 5pm within a 15 mile radius of Charleston**
